Unloading/Access - Loading are elevator entrance: H 2.25m x W 2.5m x L 3.6m with a Load max of 5000kg
Stand Size:
Stands - 2.5m x 2m (WxD)
Backdrops - no more than 2.5m wide to ensure and stand branding can be accommodated within your dedicated space.
Deliveries
Please label all items with the label provided.
Deliveries can not arrive at the venue before Monday 10th February. Deliveries due to arrive in Helsinki can be shipped directly to CEVA and stored for a fee, CEVA will organise delivery to the venue on Monday ahead of set up.
The Finnish Ministry of Defence requires applications for import & export for any licensable goods (Military or Dual use). Our official logistics provider Ceva Showfreight will need to apply for licenses for these shipments prior to import, we strongly recommend you contact them ASAP if you have any licensable cargo.

If you are not in the European Union please do not ship any goods with a courier such as FEDEX, TNT, DHL etc without consulting CEVA prior to shipping.
Incorrectly consigned/shipped goods will be quarantined by the courier and face both lengthy and costly delays.
Deliveries can arrive directly at the venue during set up hours on the set up day.
Any deliveries arriving before the official set up day MUST be shipped to the advanced warehouse and stored with CEVA for a fee, they will deliver any stored items in preparation for set up.
If you require any empty cases, boxes or pallets stored during the show CEVA can collect from the stand, store and return to the stand at the end of the show.

Storage - Storage is available in the Congress centre, exhibitors will be responsible for moving empty boxes into storage & retrieving Thursday for breakdown.
Cloakroom - There will be a cloakroom available throughout the event for coats, hats, small bags & umbrellas.
Organiser Office - Located outside the hall, please find us onsite should you need assistance
First Aid - First aiders will be on-site throughout your tenancy. If first aid is required, please tell your event manager or any venue steward. A member of the first aid team will come to help.
Public Liability Insurance - We recommend that contractors erecting complex structures should have a minimum of £5,000,000 Public Liability and must be able to provide proof of Employer Liability insurance. Contractors erecting standard structures should have a minimum of £2,000,000 Public Liability and also must be able to provide proof of Employer Liability insurance. Security - Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and security of personnel and equipment the organisers cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage or any consequential losses which may befall your personnel or their property. The organisers will implement comprehensive security cover throughout our tenancy for Defence Leaders 2024.
Exhibition Break Down
Exhibition break down can begin on Thursday 13rd between 1600 – 2000. Deliveries must be picked after the event, anything left in the hall after 10pm will be deemed as rubbish and discarded.
