Deliveries
Deliveries should not arrive before Friday 26th January. Please label all items with the postage label provided.
Please note the hotel are not insured to move any heavy deliveries. If you need a courier please see the next
page.
Lift Access
There is a service lift up to the 1st floor. Please be aware for any deliveries the limitations are: 230cm height, 140cm wide and 240cm deep, with a 2-tonne weight limit.
Furniture/Electricity
Each exhibitor will be provided with a trestle table + 2 x chairs and access to a 16-amp electricity point.
Adapters: are NOT provided on the day, if any of your equipment requires one, please bring your own.
Height Restrictions: The ceiling height of The Foyer is 3.7m and The Vegas is 3.2m therefore please double
check the height of your pop-up stand. Most pop-up stands are 7.08ft/2.2m to 7.2ft/2.4m in height.

Exhibition Break Down
Exhibition break down can begin on Thursday 1st February after the last networking break. Deliveries must be picked up on the 1st after the event. Suggested courier information on the next page.
