The Navy Leaders team would be delighted if you are able to join us and your fellow event speakers for the inaugural CNE VIP Welcome Reception.

Taking place on the evening before the event begins, this special invitation-only event is limited to 100 attendees and will provide an opportunity for you to meet fellow speakers, our most senior attending guests, and a selection of c-suite Industry representatives to discuss the forthcoming event and naval matters. You will also be able to collect your event badge in advance and avoid the queues on the opening morning!

By train: the nearest railway station is Farnborough Main - 35 minutes from London Waterloo. Visit Transport for London to plan your journey. The latest train times are available on the National Rail or the Trainline websites. Farnborough Main is 1.5 miles from Aviator and a 5 minute taxi ride from the station to the hotel. There is a taxi rank at the station.

By car: Aviator is located on the A325, Farnborough Road. From London and the South join the M3 motorway and exit at junction 4(a) following the signs for Farnborough (A327). Go over several roundabouts and follow the sign for Aldershot (A325). Aviator is on the right hand side after Barons BMW Showroom. Parking is available on site.

Aviator has installed two EV electric car charging points for guest usage. Located in the main guest car park, the electric car charging points are free of charge for hotel guests.
