With a degree in War Studies and Military Strategy from University of Birmingham and over a decade of experience working across the Marine, Aerospace and Defense sectors, Tom Welch is now Pall Corporation’s Global Strategy Leader for Marine and Defense.

In his role Tom leads a global team responsible for supporting over 500+ Pall Fresh Water Generators in active service with Naval users around the world and ensuring the delivery of multiple systems coming into service on NATO fleets in the next decade.
