Tim Armstrong

Tim Armstrong has spent nearly two decades working in the Maritime Defence sector. He is a Chartered Engineer with a background in robotics and uncrewed systems. His work at Atlas Elektronik UK includes the design of their diver detection sonar Cerberus and the design of systems fitted to current and future submarines operating around the world. Over the last decade, he has developed expertise in underwater platform signatures and has lead AEUK signatures teams and projects delivering cutting edge technology to the Royal Navy. Recently appointed Business Development Lead, his focus is to develop the submarine side of AEUK’s business, providing new capabilities for operational advantage.
