Simon Barchard

Simon Barchard is VP Busines Development at Teledyne Marine, Imaging. A Mechatronics Engineer by education with an early passion for the ocean which landed him a position working as R&D Engineer on a team designing one of the worlds’ first commercial autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). A career which has also included technical work on leading hydrographic mapping sonar brands and forward-looking sonar systems at Teledyne Marine and on business development with a focus on the defense industry.
