I retired from London Fire Brigade in October 2021, where I was Deputy Assistant Commissioner and Head of Fire Safety. I have been working for IFE since February 2022 as their Technical Advisor. More recently I have been coordinating the Electric Vehicles and Emerging Technologies work, this has proven to be an exciting and interesting task. With the drive for cleaner and more sustainable energy, people are struggling to keep up with the risks associated with this new technology. The IFE supports the green agenda and will strive to lead the way in supporting its members and partners where possible.
