Paul Dahlke is an officer of the German Armed Forces and a research associate at Helmut-Schmidt-University. He has various publications in the field of agile product development, systems engineering and naval ship development. He is a member of the Association of German Engineers Expert Committee 710 (VDI FA 710): "Agile Product Development of Mechatronic Systems" and a member of the German Chapter of INCOSE (GfSE) “Agile Systems Engineering Working Group”.
