I have been a Civil Servant in SDA for 3 years. I initially joined as a Information Support Officer and my key role was to overhaul the physical and electronic documentation libraries. My back ground in system development and testing which has been key in delivering a new document management system. The new document management system has resulted working closely with other nations and has had significant challenges in getting it to steady state. After 9months, I gained promotion to Knowledge and Information Manager. This has expanded my responsibility to cover all key documentation in the programme. In order to improve information security I set up a central registry for physical documentation reducing the risk to the business. I have also taken control of configuration management for programme documentation utilising IT solutions to provide a better customer experience.
