Holli Foster is currently the Chief Technology Officer for Task Force 59, tasked with integrating commercial unmanned systems and AI technology into 5th fleet operations for the US Navy.

Holli was previously a Solutions Engineer and Onsite Program Manager for a small aerospace and defense firm, where she focused strategy and solutioning across AI/ML, Space Domain Awareness, biotechnology, C5ISR, Maritime Domain Awareness, and other innovative technology areas.

Holli was also a Digital Strategy Director for a small political consulting firm for several local, state, and federal clients.

Holli is a graduate of the University of Virginia, holding a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and a B.A. in Mathematics. Holli additionally holds professional certificates in Digitalization in Aeronautics and Space from the Technical University of Munich and Project Management from Google.
