Alex is a Chartered Marine Engineer Officer in the Royal Navy with over 26 years capability delivery experience, predominantly spent supporting and operating the Type 45 Air Warfare Destroyer.  Having recently led the Multi Role Strike Ship (MRSS) into its Concept Phase as Programme Director, he now has the same responsibility within the Royal Navy’s Develop Directorate for the Future Air Dominance System (FADS).
