Drawing upon a decade of research in snake robotics, Eelume was founded in 2015 as a spin-off from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Since its inception, and with the support of key partners, Eelume has achieved several significant mile­stones aimed at enhancing the acces­sibility and quality of oceanic data while revolutionizing value chains and minimizing the necessity for costly operations.
